The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Romanian legislation. Obligations include full payment upon order and providing correct delivery information. Any damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Parsehbazar undertakes to deliver the products within the agreed timeframe, in safe packaging and with a certificate of authenticity. We reserve the right to update stocks and prices without prior notice, but already confirmed orders are not affected by these changes.
Parsehbazar's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or moral damages, caused by delivery delays or improper use of the products.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the site for any user who violates these terms, including by providing false information or attempting to defraud the payment system. In case of termination, the user can no longer access their account or ongoing orders.
