It all began in 2012, when the founders discovered master weavers in the villages of Anatolia, crafting rugs using ancient techniques. That's when the idea was born to bring these works of art to Romania, not just as products, but as authentic stories. The first workshop was a small room in Bucharest, from where packages were sent to designers and collectors.
In 2016, we opened our first physical showroom, and in 2019 we launched the online platform that made our rugs accessible nationwide. Collaborations with artisans from Uzbekistan and Iran brought new motifs and techniques, and the team expanded to 15 specialists in interior design and logistics. Today, over 3,000 clients have chosen a Parsehbazar rug, and each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and a care guide.
